The existing morphological elements - intricately decorated ceilings, mosaic floors, ground floor wooden frames and basement brick walls with industrial flooring- define the architectural style of the offices.
In an existing corner listed building in Athens, two levels have been reformed to meet the needs of a law firm office with 10 employees.
The entrance is either from the courtyard or through the external marble staircase of the building. The ground floor consists of the reception area, partner offices, the main meeting room, the head lawyer’s office, and auxiliary spaces such as kitchenette and WC. The semi-basement features six closed working offices along with their corresponding auxiliary spaces (kitchenette, WC).
The bold colors of the flooring dictated the proportions and colors for the glass partitions, creating a harmonious dialogue with the decorative elements of the surfaces.
