A two-storey house with basement and a private swimming pool, positioned at the suburbs of Athens. The layout of the interior and outdoor areas is making sure that all the space given has a functional role in every day life.
Starting from the lowest level we have a garage, a laundry area and a guest room. The ground floor, where the main entrance is, has a spacious living area and kitchen, with large openings towards the front and the backyard. The swimming pool is the main element of the front outdoor area while the backyard has a barbeque space. On the top floor we have three bedrooms that all connect at a green veranda.
