White marble, wooden surfaces, and both horizontal and vertical engravings coexist, shaping the architectural shell that frames the restaurant’s dining tables.
The National Bank building in Vrilissia was transformed into a meat market. A distinct functional layout was developed across the building’s three uneven levels. On the ground floor you can find a waiting area, sales spaceand a corner for ready-made meals. Refrigeration chambers and storage units are placed stategically to help the workflow and also toshowcase the meat aging process by category.
On the lower level, a curved display counter maximizes spatial efficiency, guiding the customer—together with the inclined ceiling—towards the business’s new section, the warm corner.
Beyond the food preparation areas, the first floor accommodates the administration offices, a multi-purpose gathering space and secondary areas.
