The functional layout for a car rental company was developed in an existing three-level building. An open-plan concept is used for every floor, with visually defined boundaries from one department to the other.
Work areas are placed, following the axes that the building geometry creates. Each employee has his private stable office but at the same time they are part groups of desks, enhancing the collective mentality that the company promotes.
Vertical louvers serve as partitions, controling the vista between the different departments.
Environmental graphics play a key role to space the interiors by communicating the company’s values. Symbolic photographs are selected to cover entire walls mostly at communal areas.
